Client-owned liquidity rails, explained: flash loans, proof of funds, and XRPL trust lines

FlashRouter's three primitives and who holds what: flash-loan strategies that revert if they cannot repay, signed proof-of-funds attestations at a finalized block, and credit facilities recorded as XRPL trust lines. The operator keeps the keys.

Liquidity infrastructure usually comes with a custodian in the middle. FlashRouter is built so there is none: the operator deploys the strategy, holds the keys, and owns the accounts; UnyKorn provides the software and the attestation format.

Flash loans that cannot lose the principal

A flash-loan strategy borrows inside a single transaction and must repay inside the same transaction. If it cannot, the whole transaction reverts and nothing moved. The operator's exposure is gas, not principal. FlashRouter's strategies are deployed to the operator's own address; UnyKorn never holds the borrowed funds. Real on Base mainnet.

Proof of funds you can verify

A signed attestation of a balance at a finalized block: two finalized observations across a window, an Ed25519 signature, a 24-hour expiry. Balances borrowed inside a single transaction, including flash loans, can never qualify because they do not exist at a finalized block. Anyone can verify the signature with the published verifier. Real, deployed 2026-09-04.

Credit recorded as a trust line

A credit facility recorded as an authorized trust line on the XRP Ledger: limit, drawn amount, and repayment history readable by anyone. It is not consumer credit and it is not reported to any bureau; it is a transparent record of a facility between two parties. Real on testnet; mainnet gated on the founder's decision.

Who holds what

The operator: keys, accounts, strategies, trust lines. UnyKorn: the software, the attestation format, a flat fee. Nobody: a custodial pool.

Questions people ask

Does FlashRouter hold my funds?

No. Strategies deploy to your address; UnyKorn never holds borrowed or client funds.

Can a flash-loan balance pass proof of funds?

No. The attestation requires two finalized observations; an intra-transaction balance never finalizes.
