A paper result is a simulation. A live result can differ because of fills, fees, latency and market moves, and can be a loss.
Digital assets
Digital asset prices move quickly and can fall to zero. Venues can halt, fail or change their rules.
Smart contracts
A contract can contain errors. A flash loan that cannot repay reverts and costs the gas spent. No independent security audit has been completed.
Test networks
TESTNET activity uses assets with no value and says nothing about mainnet.
