What the site is
The site describes the desk and publishes its record. It is information, not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, loan or financial product, and not advice.
Paper figures
Figures marked PAPER are simulated against recorded market data. No orders were sent to any venue and no client money was involved. They say nothing about any future day.
Who the desk is for
The desk works with eligible participants who trade through their own accounts. It is not offered to retail.
Requests and engagements
Sending a request creates no engagement. An engagement exists only when a written engagement paper is agreed. Fees are flat and stated in that paper before anything is agreed; they are never a share of price, spread or profit.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site or its API: no scraping that degrades the service, no attempt to bypass rate limits, no use to mislead anyone about who issued a record.
Changes
The desk may change these terms. The date at the foot of each page is the date of the version you are reading.
